- Full access to the farmhouse (sleeps up to 14) for Fri. and Sat. night (check-in 10 am Fri.; check-out 1 pm Sun.) The farmhouse is for the bridal party and/or registered guests only.
- House and barn access for set-up begins at 10am Fri. Lots of prep time!
- Choice of scenic outdoor or indoor location for your ceremony.
- On-site parking
- Barn space Fri. for your rehearsal dinner (up to 50 people).
- Sat. evening reception in the barn (max. 250 guests; music until 11 pm).
- Property Manager will be on-site for the day of the event to help with delivery coordination and property concerns.
- Renting parties are responsible for clean-up of the house and the event space.
