A. We rent the barn from the end of May to mid-October. Renters are required to purchase "Special Event Insurance" for the day of the event. The house is available to rent year-round on Airbnb provided no events are being held at that time.

A: All events and music end by 11 pm.  

A: The barn can comfortably seat up to 250 people with a buffet and dance floor.

A: Not at this time.  We will refer you to companies who rent comfortable, portable climate controlled restroom trailers and tables and chairs that match your personal style. We have 6 wooden pews available for ceremony seating. 

Q: Can we bring our own food?

A: All events need to use a licensed catering company.  We are happy to provide recommendations.  

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?

A: Yes, but all events must obtain a N.Y.S. temporary beer and wine permit with independent bartenders who serve. Click here for more information:


Or, you may hire a licensed beverage caterer who can provide a full bar service with bar tenders.  This is the only way to provide hard liquor.  

Q: how many people can sleep in the farmhouse? where else can guests stay? 

A: The Farmhouse sleeps up to 14 guests. We are only 10 minutes from hotels in Cazenovia and Fayetteville with many other lovely Airbnbs nearby and we are happy to provide recommendations!

Q: Can we tour the property? how do we save our date?

A: We'd love to show you around! Tours are offered May-October on select Wednesday evenings. Please fill out the contact form to schedule.  In order to save your date on our calendar, we require a 30% deposit.
